Just wondered if anyone knows what model this is? And if I can change the springs in it or not? Only writing I can find is what's in the pic,

Could be a 006, dont look like my 007. someone more clever than me will be along shortly

yea , there's not much to go on to recognise it, I've out the numbers off it into google bit came up with loads foreign writing lol,
