Just been given a possible build week 40. Ordered July 18. Is this good, bad or average.

1.4 tsi elegance estate. Just having a spare wheel and Kessy, race blue.

Im in the same estimated build week, for a 2.0 tdi elegance with sunroof, Columbus, kessey,, self park, spare wheel, and Bluetooth+  oh and also in race blue

Just been given a possible build week 40. Ordered July 18. Is this good, bad or average.

1.4 tsi elegance estate. Just having a spare wheel and Kessy, race blue.

Dealers normally say 12 weeks from order to delivery depending on spec. As delivery can be about 3 weeks of that it looks like you are just above average for build week. That can & does change though. I am waiting for my 1.4TSi Elegance DSG in steel grey & apart from spec only factory extras are spare wheel & cornering fogs. The rest are dealer fitted extras & my build week is 33, which is 7 weeks from order with delivery week 36. (Fingers crossed)

I ordered mid june 2.0 Elegance with toys incl ACC and have build week 35 (week comm 19th Aug) so should get it 3-4 weeks after

I ordered a 2.0 Tdi elegance estate on April 6th still not got a build week maybe week 38 ???!!!!skoda uk can't understand why it's taken so long lol

I seem to know more than them being on here lol

I think it's the pano roof ??????

I'm loosing the will to live as I don't think it will be here till October ,very close to going elsewhere !

Ordered on 13 June - 2.0 TDI DSG elegance, steel grey, KESSY, heated front seats, ACC, 3 spoke steering wheel, park assist, bi xenons

Told week 35. Confirmed still on track but should get certain build week in week 33.

Ordered my 1.6 TSI, steel grey Elegance with no extras, on 3rd July. It was built last week (week 35) and arrived at exit port 6th Sept. I should get it in about 10 days, hopefully. Can't wait. Dealer tells me that all Elegance's are coming through with Front Assist as standard.

Just been told by skoda uk now build week 40 !non confirmed **** take I think deffo. Not happy now!

And and skoda uk will not tell me why it's been delayed again ,they "will get dealer to explain " wtf!!! Does that mean

Sounds very much like "passing the buck". Perhaps a personal visit to the dealer & demand to know what is going on. If someone has messed up on your order then methinks "some compo" should be coming your way.

The impression I get is that despite what anyone says, you won't get a confirmed build date more than 2 weeks beforehand.

Just that the salesman is rubbish ,will speak with the manager next week

I'm really not that happy,thinking of cancelling now as been waiting since April !
