Hello guys i have a question and perhaps you may have the answer or the same problem. I have a Skoda Octavia year 2003. i have the VCDS and the cable. I just wannt to change the number of Blinks when i lock the Door. But i cannot connect to the adress 09 so to the Central ele.

Can somebody help me ?

Do you have a genuine Rosstech cable or is it a generic eBay jobbie?

Your car doesn't have [09-Cent. Elect]. Try [46-Central Conv.], but IIRC, you can only enable/disable the lock/unlock blinks.
