Hai i want to remove my VRS bumper with headlight washer type bumper .  I just removed the entire screws but its not coming out please let me know how to remove it

There are screws underneath which hold it to the under trays, some in the wheel arches, three on top near the bonnet release, some behind the side grilles (careful with the temp sensor) and two bolts in each side underneath the black trim. Once they are all off it should pull forward enough for you to disconnect the washer pipes.

Thanks rob , where is the temp sensor is situated ? how should i remove it carefully ? 

iirc it's situated behind the lower n/s bumper grill.

Did you remove the rubstrips as there's 2 bolts either side underneath them?

i just removed every screws like 3 screws in the middle of the head light , inside the grill screws , underneath two screws and the side arch screws still its not coming out , is there any other screws or something there ? could any one show a video or photo of removing the bumper ?

Have you removed the black plastic rub strip? There are 2 bolts each side under there.

where is this black plastic rub situated ? 

It's the black or colour coded strip that goes around the bumper, it just clips off. Lever gently one side and work your way round.
