The dealer phoned me back. My Citigo will arrive with then next Tuesday or Wednesday. I wonder how long it takes them from delivery to having it ready to hand over?

I don't see why you wouldn't have it on or by the Friday.

Depends how quickly they can get it in to get the PDI done. If they have a lot of motors going out it can take up to a week.

My car arrived on the transporter at about 9.30am on Wednesday 1st May this year and I was driving away in it at noon on Friday 3rd May.

 

You're well away from the presumed rush for the 63 plate on 1st September, so with a little luck, you should have your new Citigo on Friday as Didescharlie suggested.

We don't have the twice yearly rush. Reg plates are different in N .Ireland. That's why I am happy to get the car in August.

My car arrived on a Thursday afternoon. PDI was not able to be done on the Friday, so was booked in on the Monday and colleted my car on the Tuesday.I have done a handover on a Saturday, but my dealers PDI team do not work weekends.
