I already have a 'no box' system and i think it sounds weird but unique and definatley gets attention (any attention is good attention) anyways.. are there any restrictions in the downpipe? Would it be worth getting a custom made system? Been quoted a price of 450-500 which is very expensive!!! Are the milltek downpipes worth the money? Any noticible change?

Tbh I dont think you would notice much if its already got no boxes.

What down pipe do you have now? 

I've recently put a piper decat downpipe on mine with a piper cat back system with no silencers so basically it's just one straight through pipe now and I'm considering taking the decat pipe off. When booting it its crazy loud! Don't get me wrong the noise you get when idling is nice will try and get a video up tomorrow of the full system

Must have just been he way you've worded it mate when you mentioned restrictions in the down pipe it came across as you still had the standard downpipe on with a cat back system with no boxes my bad

I also have the full Piper system with no boxes including the de-cat - I personally think it sounds unreal when it comes on boost! It's certainly far from quiet, even on idle. However, it's barely much louder than standard in the car at 70mph, so it suits me! Certainly turns heads even off boost - on boost and people must be surprised when they see a little Skoda coming!!

Sounds a bit to loud I think haha don't get me wrong as soon as it boosts get a right buzz off the noise lol
