Looking at buying an Elegance....  why do I have to pay £100 for Cornering Fogs? If I don't specify them won't they still be there but just need coding via VCDS (as with my current Octavia II)? Anybody out there ordered an Octavia III without the option and managed to switch them on???

Not with octy3, but I did the same as you with the mk2. Your best bet is to contact someone with vcds on here and ask if it is an option. Or download the program yourself and see.

I suspect it's something you can code.
