I am looking to get a new Yeti in the very near future and would appreciate an opinion on the current models or the FL.

 

I understand that orders on the current model will close soon and the new FL will take over.

 

Discounts are available on the outgoing model and I like the look of the Adventure with the added kit.

 

The question is: Adventure now or wait for the FL?

 

Residuals are important but the prices may rise for the new model and the discounts may take a while to get back to current level.

 

Any thoughts?

Well I just got an Adventure as it had all the extras I wanted without having to pay for them. I was never going to wait for an FL version though as Sassy was 3½ years old.

I'm looking to change Scarlet as she's 3 1/2 years old now, but am not too impressed by the FL model.

 

I like the 'extras' on the Adventure, but have been told that as they are a limited edition there is not much chance of a good deal on them.

 

My alternative is to hope that there will be some good deals on the current models if dealers have stock to shift. I am a bit disappointed with the Glasses Guide value on Scarlet, especially when I see what similar models are selling for.

 

Several car brokers seem to have good deals on the Adventure, however the dealer I have spoken to does not see how they can do that as each dealer only has a certain allocation of this model.

Dealer discounts are available on the Adventure and the SE plus. Work out about the same price.

Does anyone know when Skoda will start taking orders for the FL and when deliveries are likely to commence?
