rear lock problem

Hi guys I've just replaced my my rear door lock module on my vrs as it started jamming, the replacement unit I believe was from a bora,looks to be the same unit & same codes, onlything I had to swap over from mine was the bracket as it was slightly different, problem I've got now is when I press open on the fob it opens the driver door & this rear door? when pressed again opens all doors as it should, I've scanned for fault codes & everything seems ok there any ideas? thanks
