Debadging

Featured Replies

Calling all Black Citigo owners, have you removed Any of the rear badges.

I keep thinking either...

1) Take the round badge off and leave the other,

2) Take skoda writing and citigo writing off

3) All off

Or

4) Round badge off and paint other badges white.

Leave them all on and paint black with plastidip with glossifier (citigo/Skoda writing)! Or leave as matt plastidip black.

Quick (rubbish) photoshop...sorry about the quality but I was rushing!

I'm normally a fan of debadging, but don't think it looks right on the Citigo somehow

Probably look better in real life than my amateur photoshop :D

I'll have the silver decal at the bottom of my tailgate. I've tried Photoshop but still undecided.

Personally I would leave them alone

I think it would look ok if you left the round skoda badge on??

Does the round Skoda badge sit in a recess ? If so removing it might look a bit odd.

I don't get this debadging thing.  I always think that cars that have had this done look like cars that have been damaged and repaired without being finished properly.

De-badging is for BMW owners who don't want their neighbours to know that they can only afford a 316i lol !!

For me I'm proud of my Skoda. Keep the decals on.

I always think that about a car with a matte black bonnet  :giggle:

Debadging can look good on the right car, but I would leave the Skoda logo though.

I think it suited my old Octy TDi Sport

I loved that car

Or S3 owners who want people to think they only have a lowly A3 ;)

It's usually far too late by the time they realise it's not.
