When Mike and I went we had to make two videos.  One about the car and its features and the other about your friends' views on the car.  I didn't have much time to do it and was on my own so this is the car feature video if anyone wants to see it.  All done on my iPhone and IN THE DARK!  Hence the poor phone struggled to focus in places.

I just spoke to them, they asked me to clarify that it is for a focus group next Wednesday evening in LONDON. 

 

I did invite them to meet up here where Yetis are more plentiful but no dice.

Aged 35-60? My dealer didn't mention to me that I was over the Skoda age limit for buyers of their cars when he relieved me of some (well, rather a lot) of my grey pounds a few weeks ago. I wonder if I can get my money back?

 

If they mean that once you are past 60 you are probably too gaga to express a relevant or coherent opinion then it doesn't hold out much hope for the judiciary!! (And in the same week that the government proposes increasing the age at which you can decide if someone is guilty or innocent of a crime from 70 to 75).

Over 60 means you won't be susceptible to the sort of crass advertising the focus group is providing data for? Either that or Skoda aren't planning any OAP aids in Yetis yet (false teeth holder? walking stick carrier? golf trolley ramp? Daily Mail on the sat nav screen? Etc etc)

Carol emailed me again this morning and she is stuck.  She had some replies but that was before people realised it was in London...

False teeth holder would be very handy I lost my teeth when I was 21 so it would be useful for the under 60's as well! 

I was interested last year, but the fact it's in the evening means I have to spend even longer in London than I normally do and having a young family doesn't really make it an exciting prospect if I am honest.

A very interesting and entertaining evening that I would recommend to anyone.  I was in London on business and thought that it would be good fun to join in.  £70 helped of course.  I was the only Yeti owner in a group of Juke, Honda CRV, Kuga, owners.  If you hear of another give it a try.
