Airbag light permanently on, after disconnecting/reconnecting passenger seat/Airbag connector. Requires reset i presume.

Have previously disconnected with no reset required. Is it related to time i.e how long disconnected?

Anybody in Edinburgh area able to reset cheaply ?.

You just need to find someone in your area with VCDS to reset it, the light usually comes on when the switch has been removed and the ignition turned on.

Thanks very much. I do remember needing to move the car, so yes, ignition was turned on prior to reconnection.
