.... the insert that runs along the exterior of the roof that hides a channel? My left hand one is lifting on the front (when driving at motorway speed) and the rear has started to pop up as well. I have tried pushing it back in but it keeps coming out. I pulled it back a bit and tried to reset but it has started to twist quite badly. 

 

I think it is going to need replacing as a small section has a dent where I tried to push it in (the metal on the top is quite soft.)

 

I can't imagine it should cost a huge amount, but I could be wrong!

Yes, I noticed that on mine a while back. I just pushed it back down and, as far as I can tell, its stayed in place.

Tried hard several times and it pops back out! I even tried some trim tools to get the seal sat correct.

 

I guess a trip to the paint shop is in order

Same problem, no solution yet.
