I have a Skoda Symphony single CD head unit from a Mk1 Octavia or Superb in good working order (just removed from my car to put the tape version back in for part ex).

I have the code for it too.

Probably would fit a Fabia, but you will need a facia plate as the front is not as big as the Fabia one.
