Creaking suspension and squeaking when reversing or moving forward very slowly

I had some new shocks and springs fitted a few weeks ago, since fitting the car had a loud knock coming from the front left, which turned out to be a front drop link. I replaced both sides and all good, no knocking at all.

This week i've noticed another slight knock coming from the front but only when driving on very uneven ground at low speeds (under 5mph),

There is also some squeaking when moving slowly in traffic and when reversing, this sounds like it's coming from the rear

If i sit in the car and bounce on the seat, there is a lot of creaking coming from the rear, not sure what it could be, any ideas??
