Featured Replies

was thinking of fitting a towbar and when i looked underneath i found what looks like a detachable one had been fitted at some point and was just wondering if anyone could tell me if i could just buy the neck part to fit in or would i have to replace the whole unit i've taken a pic hoping someone could identify the make or part i would need thanks in advance

Keep an eye on e-bay, or failing that find out who actually make the oem kits......it'll probably be made by one of the main manufacturers.....Westfalia possibly, then you can source a new tow ball.

The factory detachable towbar on an Octavia is made by a Czech company called Prof Svar.

Hope that helps somehow
