How many miles out of a Scout tank of (Diesel)

I can do a 560 mile round trip on mine if the 75% motorway is running smoothly.

That's on wide and knobbly off-road 245s.  Like Kiwi I wouldn't risk dropping to "0" as there's only 1 fuel station between here and the town 20+ miles away.  It's a long walk and I wouldn't fancy turning over an engine with no fuel in the tank - even if there was always Millers lubricating the fuel pump previously.

Hands up! Who gave figures with Millers as that might make a difference?
