Engine Managment light stays ON after IGN ON and goes off after Engine start

Hi Guys

When i switch ON ignition all warning light comes ON as normal but few lights goes off with a delay

But Engine management light stays ON. however it goes off after engine start

Is this normal behaviour?? noticed this behaviour after one year usage of this vehicle.I feel some thing wrong

My vehicle is skoda fabia 1.4 diesel 54 plate. I did a full service last week end and did a CAM belt change also

Could you help me in identifying this issue?

Yes I think that is normal.

Normal behaviour. Only worry if it stays on after starting.

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.

The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).

I have had an ongoing problem for 2 years with my 2018 Kodiaq .2.0l TSI battery losing charge over a few days and the battery charging randomly at different charge rates. To date I have had: 2 replacement batteries (at my cost) then under Extended Warranty (now expired) 1 replacement negative battery lead (with sensor) 1 replacement alternator Symptoms (monitored with Ancel Battery Manager device and multimeter) Battery discharges in a few hours from 100% SoC /12.8v to around 65% then conti
