tow bar fabia vrs 1.9tdi

Ok new to this forum so not sire of I am doing this right.!

So I would like a tow bar on my vrs I am going to use it to have a bike rack for a motocross bile so I won't be tow as such I have seen somewhere on this site there was someone who posted photos of a tow bar fit he had done himself I wanted to know of there was anybody out the who could do it and how much it would cost me ???
