Both front doors now unlock after fitting new passenger door lock.

Featured Replies

I've been having issues with my passenger door lock not unlocking. The motor/mechanism seemed to be sticking.

So this weekend I fitted a new one. Its a task I don't want to repeat as getting the lock out of the door is a bloody pain!

But, I managed it in the end and I put the hanger back on to test the lock was OK. Everything worked fine and the door locked and unlocked fine.

However, I now have a odd problem. When I press the unlock button on the key fob instead of just the drivers door unlocking the passenger one unlocks as well. Both back doors remain locked until I do the double click to unlock them.

Its not a major issue granted, but I would like it to be back to how it was before.

Anyone know how to re-sync the door lock so only the driver door unlocks when the key fob is pressed once.

Thanks
