Lightbulb type in my DRL

Featured Replies

What bulb do i have in my DRL. Cant find anything in my owners man. Dont have Xenon.

Rather stupidly Skoda UK decided not to include the bulb types in the MkIII manual.

A great job of explaining what fuses you need and how to actually replace the bulbs but not which type of bulbs to replace them with, Doh!

its really stupid, the reason i want to know is that i want to replace them with LEDs, but i need to know what kind it is.

I guess it's either W5w or P21

Think you will find it is H15...

It is also the main beam bulb.

That's right. The H15 is for both the high beam and the parking light, actually. Here's a pic of it:

Don't think it's possible to replace the parking light only with LED...

When you say parking light do you mean the DRL (Daytime Running Light)?

The parking (or side) light is often a W5W bulb seperate from the dipped headlight, main beam or DRL.
