What would you guys recommend upgrading before I stage 1 remap my vrs?

Cambelt/water pump and a service if needed that's what I did

Nothing if anything, look at your brakes. If you have more power you generally go faster but don't stop as well.

All that has been said above, imho it'd be worth noting that if your clutch is leggy then the extra power/torque mean it can be prone to wearing more quickly.

Nothing, stock hardware is limited by the turbo.

If you want to take full advantage of the torque potential then upgrade the clutch.
