Hello my octavia brothers,

My dad has a 4x4 octavia estate with low power and near no boost. It's throwing code 16621 boost sensor.

Google turns up some yank stuff and Briskoda shows up a blown turbo.

There is no white smoke and I have replace the maf with an OEM item.

Any help?

MAF and MAF are two different sensors, check the wiring to the MAP and make sure the vanes/wastegate/pressure control solenoid are ok.
