Featured Replies

Going back to R-tech in the morning for a stage 2 and R-tech induction kit on my vrs, I had it booked in a few months ago but the pcv system had that many boost leaks it was unreal! All that has gone now and hopefully tomorrow ill be coming back with a huge smile instead of more things to fix haha! I've checked and double checked everything I can think of! Cannot wait! :D :D :D

Will post up my graph tomorrow if anyones interested!?

Top stuff, loved the drive home after they Stage 2'd mine :D

Will get some pictures up later! But im over the moon with the car, pulls amazing compared to before, the guys at R-tech are amazing, had a few problems with the previous map on the car (wasnt rtech stage 1, was a cheap backstreet jobbie) and they just cracked on and kept going on it! Seriously cannot reccomend the guys enough! Acctuator isnt best on the turbo but im going hybrid soon enough!

Figures were

Before- 207bhp 230 ft/lb

After- 235bhp 280ft/lb

You'll be doing 50-80 roll ons in 5th everywhere just for the hell of it!

Stage 2 is the thinking mans upgrade ;-)

Yeah it picks up well!! Haha hopefully save for a k300 hybrid from blackwidow/beachbuggy turbos, nothing but good reviews from what ive seen!

Hybrid is on the cards for me but I need an excuse to do it first!

Water meth is a MUST with hybrids! ;-)

Rods is a must

Ooh. Yeah rods too!

I was high on methanol fumes at the time of my last post.....ahh sweet methanol!

Lowered my egt by 110 degrees c also!

Rods rods rods.

Got a mate running home brew T28 no map and putting out 275bhp 310lfb in a Quattro. The car gets death from the word go and it's sweet as a nut.

Well quicker than mine lol.

I agree.Stage 2 is the best upgrade for our cars. Not too expensive and makes you feel you drive another car

I believe that our transmission don t like so much 50-80 roll ons with 5th and 280ft/lb

K300 will do a lot more than 300 bhp and torque so yes rods if fitting that tubby !

Do they really. I'm interested now what power will they do???

320 bhp with reliability! they will kill std rods easily!

You'll need good supporting mods though,wellycooler,water/meth,decent exhaust/downpipe,induction!

Not gonna be cheap once you factor in the rods £3-3500 i reckon should get it done.....most of that being the rods and turbo!
