Had a remap today at AmD Essex, most impressed.

Standard was 211hp, 234.6 lb/ft.

Dyno test reviled power peaked at 246 then fell sharply. An inspection of the exhaust was undertaken, this showed the 3" downpipe went into (their terminology) "a small Cat" then 2.5" thereafter.

The small (200cel cat) was the cause of the sharp drop-off. 

The Cat was replaced with a bigger 200cel Cat and a further dyno run showed 259.7hp, 287.7 lb/ft.

The run home was fun.
