Three H7 bulbs (fabia dipped beam)

I have three bulbs here - all good condition.  One is new but I cannot tell which one of the three, and two are used, but were fine when removed to do my Xenon conversion.  Securely stored in a bulb storage unit to avoid any contact with the glass.  One does have +30% under it.  One has a Philips stamp on it, and the other is not branded.

Just found them in the shed and now useless to me.
