Please Help! - Unhealthy engine bay sounds!

Hi all

Hope you can listen to the two sound clips and advise on two strange and less than normal sounds I’m experiencing from my engine bay.  I'm a little concerned as they are both new noises.

[Clip 1] Metallic crackle on start-up

This occurs for the first 15-30 seconds and possibly comes from the lower/front/left of the engine bay – hard to tell! 

[Clip 2] Whishing/whoosing/air (not sure how to describe)

This is a continuous sound but harder to hear over the general engine sound.  It sounds like a pump, pumping water with air in it.  I had my water pump changed a good 6 months ago and it wasn’t audible at the time so don’t know if it is a duff pump or something else?
