What turbos fit 9n the as fabia vrs a dont want a pd150 because everybody seems to go down this route is it the only route to go or are there other options avaliable any response will be big help thanks

Any if your willing to fabricate. For simple plug and play pd100,130,150,160.

People go down that route for a reason.... Tried and tested.

Darkside turbo kits. Gtb turbos + manifolds

GTB turbos exsist too :)

Why wouldn't you want a pd150 because thats what everyone has? Engine wise surely the more people doing it the better, as said its tryd and tested. If you cant afford to go the gtb route then a hybrid 150/130 or a normal 150 is your only options really.

Also ddepends why you want this new turbo?

PD150/PD160 hybrids are popular for good reasons. They handily bolt on and can increase power by 90-100 BHP.

IMO a better option - at least technology wise would be the "budget" GTB1756 option from Darkside. Add a FMIC before the visit and drive out later/the following day.

(You do lose the cat with this option. In terms of usability and power that's a benefit but not the green option).

What benefit would I get by bolting a Gt2052v on is that a substantial amount bigger than the standard and would this be ok to run over 210 bhp safely?

My cars got more power than yours bruv

I don't think that turbo would bolt straight on...

PD150/160 are virtually the same turbo, i remember someone stating that the spindle for the impeller is thinner on the PD160 or something, resulting in the PD150 being a bit stronger and less likely to fail.

You's can correct me if I'm wrong there however.

I'd go for one of Darksides kits if it were me personally. Failing that a PD150 Hybrid :)

Or just be a big brave boy and put a Holset HX40 on it, **** knows where you'd fit it.

I don't get it? You want a turbo that will do 210bhp but not one that everyone else uses?

A turbo that doesn't bolt on easily but achieves the same power?

Am I missing something?

Whatever route you go, I would suggest doing what's been done so you don't come across lots of new and probably expensive problems!

I'm wanting to do the same replace (upgrade) my turbo get FMIC clutch fly etc etc.... and from what I have read (including this) probably PD150 is an ideal route to take and something I will be contemplating (saving for to be honest). More booooost

budget GTB kit is probably a better bet than a hybrid, long term

No 210 was just a rough figure for now so is back to question is it worth putting a Gt2052v that's got uprated internals on my car or not?
