When you fit it, dont push the brake pedal down. Literally just twist it into position with the pedal at its normal position. Thats what i did. My car was a git before i replaced it, it used to limp mode me all the time, fine since altho if im giving it beans constantly i get heatsoak lol

FYI 

 

When the brake switch goes the ecu thinks that you are braking so cuts the power, not actually limp mode.

Feels like it though as the car will slow but no stall.
