Any Advice / Guide to refitting plastic trim over wiper motor ?

Hope you enjoying a sunny weekend.

 

Well I am getting on well with my Estate SDI, given the interior a good clean and its come up well, now sorting through the niggle list.

 

One of which was refitting the large U shaped plastic trim that goes on the tail gate of the estate as it was not properly fitted. Its now removed and so far as I can see no bits are broken.  From my search lots of people call it a pig of a job to fit but cant find a guide to actually doing it that correctly so that I dont risk breaking the tabs etc.

 

So anyone out there done this before or anyone know a link to a guide ?
