Should these rear brakes pass an MOT?

Hi guys, just wondering what the general consensus was on this. Should these brakes pass an MOT inspection? The are heavily corroded and pitted on the outer part of the disk, to me at least, suggesting that the pads aren't making square contact with them. Opinions greatly appreciated from any knowledgeable Briskodians. :)

Hi guys,

Those disc will pass the mot.

they now have to be weakened by corrosion so if you get the performance in the rollers then its a pass.

The state of some discs I get in my test bay that I have to pass and advise.

But  VOSA set the standards and the stations implement them

I would advise replacement my self.

For a mot the brake discs and pads are not really taken into consideration. The car goes on the rolling road and a braking force check is carried out. As long as the car passes the force check and there are no visible fluid leaks then the car will pass.
