Anyone fancy giving me a hand?

Hey folks, not been here for a few years (but still enjoying my Fab vrs).

Car recently MOT'd and serviced and both mentioned in the advisory that the front lower suspension bushes were split. Local Skoda dealer want 200 odd to do it, and a couple of other places are quoting £170 ish.

Now, having done a few searches on here i can see that many of you have successfully changed these yourself and i know there is a guide on this too. However, i am not confident in my own abilities regarding this so am asking whether anyone local to me in Essex fancies a bit of private work ( assuming of course you really do know how to change them) OR can recommend a good reliable and reasonable garage to do them for me.

Usually i'd have just got a garage to do the job but only last week I forked out £900 on a full service, cambelt/waterpump and new window regulator, so funds are very tight.

Any help appreciated.
