Had an incident reported to you in August.  I was stopped and someone hit the front of my car (09 Passat)

 

I have had the vehicle repaired at a cost of about £1,000.  Highway are arguing liability, I'm adamant I am not at fault as I was stopped for a good 3-5 seconds before I was hit, but it looks like it could go to 50/50.   They don't seem to be bothered

 

How much is this likely to affect my premium, I have protected NCB.

 

I have just ordered a new vRS TDi DSG Estate, that the reason for asking.
