S3 V S3mini

Featured Replies

My mobile contract is up very soon so its time to upgrade.

Now in your opinion which is best, the Samsung S3 or the samsung S3 mini.

Tesco are doing one at £25 per month and the other at £16.50.

Its a bit like driving into an empty car park, choices choices !

I have just got an S4 mini on 02 contract got them to price match a deal that didn't even exist for an upgrade a month early

£22 pm =  Free phone, 600mins talk, unlimited text, 750mb data.(02 over the phone)

i could have got

£17  pm = Free phone, 300min talk, unlimited text, 500mb data. (carphone warehouse web exclusive)

But i would exceed the 300mins talk so went for the one above.

Personally I would skip the S3 and get the s4 mini its a cracking little phone and small enough to fit comfotably in most pockets unlike the full fat versions.

I like the sound of that, £17 pm. Must check out the carphone whorehouse for that one. Cheers.

I am just using the web browser. I went for the £17 per month deal thats plenty for me. I have been using a Samsung wave for the last three years, such different machines.

lol yes just a bit.

Whats that do?

Swiftkey is an alternative keyboard which I'd also recommend, it does a good job of correcting text but manages a good balance between over correcting and not correcting enough as it learns from what you type to try and get a better idea of which word you're likely to type.  It's also pretty good at working out where you've pressed v or b when you meant to press the space button.
