ordered a new mk3 vrs in July and had no contact what so ever......pretty poor if you ask me

 

no e-mails,,,,no phone call no teven a tex..

 

but when it does come it mat be weeks and weeks before I get a chance to go over :moon: .

What build week and approx delivery date were you given.

Is it near time to arrange insurance and collection?

 

What kind of contact do you want from them.

any questions you can call them.

Surely you ordered a car because you wanted one and will be collecting it just as soon as you can.

They had you sign an order document.

 

Worth chilling ,

the good bits are ordering then getting, the bit between is such a drag.

build week 38 expected in mid oct but what annoyed me was I was told I would get an e mail and update every 2 weeks..........

To be honest the real issue with me is when we got our citigo we got an r mail or phone call every 2 weeks although it did take 20 weeks to come due to the sunroof option,But to say the same and never contact you once is pretty pants!....

Same happened to her Mum when she ordered her Monte, she waited and waited.....and waited.

Then I told her to call and the dealer informed her it was delayed a couple of weeks.
