Finally Ordered my new Citigo Sport in Red

Featured Replies

Hi All,

You you must know that I had a major issue with my 1 day old citigo sport and after a long battle, the dealer has agreed to order a brand new car (factory build)..

I have been told that the delivery is going to be jan-feb. Is it not better to take the delivery on 1st March and have a 14 plate rather than a 63??

Help.

Saurabh

I would rather have a 14 plate car if it was me and if you can wait it out.

Cheers Fella,

I am getting double minded now. I had a sport for 2 days which i loved and as a courtesy car I have been driving the elegance.

I am thinking of ordering the elegance but i love the black alloys on the sport. Is it possible to have black alloys on elegance green tech as i have seen so many people on the picture thread have em.

Also I have really stated to like heated seats, fuel consumption on the greentech (69.2 mpg) and ivory interior on it.

What are your thoughts.

I don't think it's a factory option to have black on elegance, it may become one in the future.

Options would be, to order some black wheels from a wheel website, sell your 'new' spares or keep them... or to have your new car wheels 'painted' via powder coating etc.

Sport and elegance are near enough the same car, just some styling differences in my view. The sport cabin does look nicer overall... but equally I've gone with elegance as it was available.

re plate, yes, wait for 14 or get 'something' for taking late plate 63. I thought you were on holiday for all of Feb? ;)

Thanks for the information mate. I will keep it in mind. ;).. I am still inclined towards sport as it makes the car look loaded and bulcky but you get more car for your buck in elegance.
