1x of the slats in my driver side air vent has come loose from the rest so when I turn the wheel, the 1x slat does not turn.

I've searched but cant find anything specific only unanswered questions from years ago however it would seem the pattern through the range is that they can be pryed out but can anyone confirm?

Just use a plastic trim tool and leaver them out from the outside edges, the whole vent pops out, then using long slim pliers connect the vain back in

If you slightly bend the slat with some long nosed pliers and then align it with the others and release the bend you will find it should pop back into place.

The slats have little pegs on the end that jump out of place
