But does anyone know if its possible to get a the MK3 bolero software on the MK2 model?

It would appear that the only things carried over from the MK2 ICE to MK3 is the names themselves. IIRC the headunits are made by different manufacturers.

Oh well. Still, it would be nice if they brought out s/w that gave the mk2 the analogue clock.
