temporary traffic lights

Hi, guys,

I was driving home at 3am this morning and i got to some temp traffic lights. I could see the reflection of the lights at the other side go from green to red so set off while mine were still red. Got half way through and I noticed a red light on top of the other light flashing with what looked like a camera?

Anyone have any ideas what this means? will i get done for it? If so how many points you guys think it would be?

Probably nothing. The light was the vehicle sensor probably detecting someone going through a red light! Unless, they had wired up a camera system to them and have a history of jumping. Possible but unlikely. Wait till the lights are green in future!
