Came home tonight to find a UPS delivery slip, saying delivery left at side of shed (clearly visible from the road 10 o'clock on).

 

Brought the box of goodies inside.

Very poorly looking box. Took some photos of the bent, torn  and creased box.

 

With some trepidation, open the box. Patients DOA...... snapped in half.

 

Email to Heko to notify and reported damage to UPS.

 

I have visions of UPS customer service looking like:

 

Very dis-chuffed.

 

Told that UPS will do an investigation, don't know why it takes them 5 DAYS to feedback to shipper.

I will need to retain the 2 pc wind deflectors and box, in case they come to collect.

 

 

I ordered mine for a MkI Fabia from Towequipe, very well packaged and the cheapest I could find.

Good news Heko will replace the one UPS "delivered"
