After 6.5 years my impeccably behaved VRS let itself down. ESP light as most Brisky readers know revealed the G201 fault. Having Warranty Direct cover for 3 yrs I thought I would test them out. To be fair they simply said that Hortons should let them know the bill and they'd deal with it. Gareth in Servicing at Hortons gave me the good news that SUK would pay the full amount bar £60 1st hour labour. Car collected today. I then ordered a new VRS at a good price; well done Colin in sales and Gareth for excellent service. To keep my p/x going well until the new one arrives in Feb/Mar I finished off by buying 5 litres of long life Quantum for only £27.60. Here's looking forward to a quicker cleaner and I hope better version of what is a cracking car. That was the 1st serious problem in 59K miles of driving.

Mike I will and I specifically put the post up to prove that you can get good service. I forgot to say that they replaced 2 bonnet grille retaining clips FOC, which broke when I had the paint refreshed last August.
