Fitting VRS wheel to a PD100

Featured Replies

Thinking about getting some,

I presume they fit straight on, but do they catch on the arches or leave the car looking like a monster truck?

Any help / photos much appreciated. :)

Edit- will it mess up the speedo reading?

Fabia vRS wheels (16") straight on no worries with the std 205/45 16 tyres.

Ocativa vRS wheels (17") straight on no worres with 205/215 40 17 tyres but will look silly unless lowered.

They fit no problem as Lummox says! Want a spare engine? ;)

Cheers,

I was after getting some to improve the looks of the car 14" steelys just don't do it, but not to bothered about changing the height or suspension as my drive way is a bit rough. :)

 TO give an idea, here's my car when I ran steels on the front due to a puncture and wanting a matching axle setup... Shows what effect an alloy wheel has on a car. Probably gives the best idea  (oh, and they were VW 17s, not 16s, but you get the idea. ;))

That is a big difference!

Is there a difference in speedo readings BTW?
