Sat Nav road updates

Featured Replies

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but I can't see any information about it on any of the websites I've looked at.

I'm thinking about buying a sat-nav, probably the Premium version of the Navman iCN 510 (comes with European map CD and remote). I know everyone raves about TomTom but I prefer the size/shape of the Navman.

My question is what happens when they release new maps? Do you get an updatee CD or a download? Do they cost? If so how much?

The shape and size is determined by your PDA if you go for a PDA version.

I don't have a PDA so I was just after the regular standalone system. I think I'm becoming increasingly technophobic in my advancing years. :D
