vr6 clutch kit part no

Featured Replies

does anyone have the part no for the vr6 clutch kit at euro car parts please

also can anyone tell me is it essential to change from dual mass flywheel if u fit this kit as i no g60 smf is the one to have but darkside kits and awesome are just a little out of price bracket

Personally, just go for the solid flywheel kit for the vrs that euro car parts sell. I have read a few people on here using them without any issues and a few were running stage 2. This is a valeo kit too, whereas the other kit (made by techniclutch)  is very dodgy from what I have read on various car owners clubs online.

no really want to go down the route of g60 fly smf and vr6 clutch if possible just need to no part no and if its essential to change the fly on the vr6 clutch or if it only fits on the smf as i have looked at there kits and if u use car parts 4 less u can get the kit u are talking about for 180 as opposed to 212 euro car parts want for it so i have looked at this option worse case scenario

That's fair enough mate. Thanks for mentioning car parts 4 less, that will save me money when I go to buy the valeo kit next week for my vrs

Euro car Parts have a great offer on parts at the moment

i just bought a Sachs VR6 clutch kit for £105 delivered and it is great.

Sachs are top notch slight upgraded to OEM

Also if you used this voucher

AUTUMN25

You may even  get 25% more off which makes the kit around less than £93 delivered not bad eh.

The Euro Car Part number of the kit is 641440660 for the above 228mm clutch needed

flywheel bolts: N 902 061 03
press pl. bolts: N 101 010 01

The G60 Flywheel  is only around £100 i think direct from VW.

P/N of Flywheel is 037 105 273C.

or you can get the whole kit as a Valeo Flywheel / Clutch and al bolts from above thread link or your parts for less

Hi Buddy this is spot on .

Flywheel bolts are 60NM(44lbs) + 1/4 turn as stretch bolts(can also add screw thread compound)

Pressure plate bolts are 20NM(14lbs) .
