Whats peoples views on this may be buying one but wanna make sure will work accordingly on my octy vrs

Waste of time IMHO...

It will just give a bit if a spike in boost, that's all,as there "lazy"

My cousin gave me a race n75 for my birthday :)

Seems cool, went on with my kona kit and defo seems alot quicker from down low

I think some cars and maps like them and some dont

Lots of wonga tho and they have gone up

I have one fitted and they do make certain cars retain a better boost curve.

generally i would say if you car has good boost and no hesitation then not really needed and can sometimes cause boost spiking on a car that is already running well.

I had hesitation and the race N75 cured that for me

What's the dirrerence between the race valve and the j valve from what I have read both do The same job

They do the same job as they are both N75 vales

But the ECS race valve is actually a H valve and the J valve is what is on Audi S4 and RS4's and LCR I beleive

It is just a signal difference with the ECU

The N75J and H valves provide a sharper boost spike over the STD F valve and gives a little more psi, H valve  can cause limp mode

It really is a mixed feeling with these. Mine runs better with H , never tried the J

From what I can tell H works better with AUQ engines and J works better with BAM engines
