It can be used to download illegally but does feel we are being nannied more all the time.

whenever one of these sites are taken down, there's a hundred people just ready and waiting to start another one up. TPB isn't blocked if yoy know how to spell 'proxy'. The same goes for the likes of EZTV etc.
