Ferrari Driving Experience

Featured Replies

Thought I would share pictures of my Ferrari F430 Experience at ...a present given to me by my work colleagues for my 60th Birthday
Only 3 laps but gave me a huge insight into the art of track driving (First time) and of course driving a Ferrari....fast.....ish ;)
I was only just getting used to the circuit when it was over..so didn't really exploit the true potential of the 485 bhp on tap...although I did hit 140mph on Hangar Straight..I think
Here are some pictures of the day..

Thanks to Alan for coming with me ....laughing, taking photos, watching the Indian GP and taking the ****!!
I thoroughly enjoyed it despite a heavy cold and a over bearing instructor who kept shouting out "Brake!" when I didn't want to! LOL

worth a crack?

I spotted a few deals on buyagift.co.uk where I get 20% off through work so I can have the basic package for less than 30 quid but I was put off by the 3laps/3miles limit

think for more I can get a longer go and a passenger ride so very tempted

Because if you prang it, they lose the days pay!

I'm looking to doing a Ariel Atom v Caterham 7 experience at Elvington next Spring.

Did a Formula 1 experience last year & you get to drive a lambo, Ferrari, Formula Ford, Formula 3 and then the Formula 1 car. I found the single seaters by far and away the most fun (even the Formula Ford was quick), so going to try these two out (technically the Atom is a 2 seater but still flipping fast) ;)

Did one myself a few years ago in the same car. I wanted to do it at donnington but it was closed so settled on three sisters in wigan. Only hit 90mph on the straight which was disappointing. I could of done that in my almera tino on the way home on the m62

Son is doing this in may 2014 but in a Austin Martin :)

Alan and I were amazed how quiet the Astons were...didn't sound quite right compared to the Ferraris and R8's

So he'd be better going for the Ferrari or r8 there's a lambo there also

The Ferrari sounded just fantastic and acceleration was eye sinking.....so yes

Used to drag race my 205gti at elvington in the late 90's on run what you brung days:-) 13 second quarter miles felt proper quick back then but id love to thrash a ferrari around there!

Did that take over from the Allegro? :p

I love track days and have done the Ferrari one which was great.

Aston lol :D

Haha :D

I did a Lamborghini Gallardo experience day last year, was awesome. There was also a Nissan GTR there, would love to do a few laps in that, or the Ariel Atom!
