Cracking price satnav

Featured Replies

My local halfords are/were doing the Pioneer SPH-DA110 App radio at half price, 299.99

I thought this was a fair price?

Manged to get one of these for £100 from halfords this weekend, they accidentally advertised it for the wrong price and they had to honour it.

Cracking price, I can't understand anyone paying £300 odd for one but £100 is great.

This is now dropped a bit £385 on sale, nowhere near as good as your sale still, but if it was between that unit or this fully integrated one (no phones needed) it would be a no brainer, at the old price they had it at I would have had it !

You did well. As far as the law stands, they don't have to honour an incorrectly priced item, so long as they withdraw if from sale for 24 hours before putting it back at the correct price. They could've just refused the sale and withdrawn it, so I guess they must've still broken even at least. (or been unaware of the law regarding this  :giggle: )

Well OT sorry but I had a similar result to your buy

I bought wife some expensive boots for xmas, they turned out to have some problems with sole unfastening and wearing very fast.....posted pics to amazon and the seller responded with full refund ! Plus said to "discard of the boots" lol. They were about £100. Result ! No where near as good as yours though lol

Did you get that Money Supermarket feeling lol

I bough mine off eBay. Think it came from the states. Really easy to install, even for a novice like me haha.

I have seen them, I was told there just overpriced heatshrinked relays tho.

To be honest I didn't notice anything wrong till the guy at the till said I've got a really good deal.

I didn't do any research into the headunit, so didn't think the price was that unfair as it had no optical drive.

Possibly, but they work. And it's not so expensive. Also it's a piece of wee to wire in. Unless you are good with electronics (I am not) it's the best and easiest way to go.
