Just fitted my 2 new anti roll bar d bushes, the old one came off a plastic sleeve thats on the anti roll bar can you tell ne if the new ones need to go back on the sleeve as I couldnt get them on so had to fit them without the sleeve direct onto the anto roll bar

Which bar is it?

I have the Whiteline bar and I don't have these "sleeves". My bushes are direct to bar.

Just the anti roll bar the connects one side to the other its a 2002 so they may have changed the design

@antbann Sounds like the standard anti roll bar on the front?

You may have the wrong sized bushes if they won't fit, I believe there are many different sizes of front ARB on the fabia and no consistency as to what you might have fitted.

 

As a rule though, if the bushes fitted and it's working as expected and not doing anything it shouldn't do you'll probably be fine.  You might want to measure your bar and see if this equates to the size of bush you bought though.
