Picked up the colour concept yellow/blk leather Recaros

Featured Replies

The bargain £210 leathers.

The good news

Rears should go straight in ( I will wait to pass my MOT first before doing anything). Already managed to switch the lower rears to get a feel for what they would look like (pics are possible)

They are in really fair nick, just need a bit of recon, no tears etc

It will make the seats more colour coded to the car ( I think it will be marmite job though, the extra yellow you will either love or hate)

The bad

I'm going to have to source some subframes and switch across, not going to do it with my existing seats I think as I don't want to be experimenting with the only source of seats for my car !!

I also dunno about electrics either, not so critical but would be nice to setup the heated seats, and less urgently, the airbags also ? Seem to have 2 connectors under there although I think the airbag one was cut to suite the previous car.

I think I have a bit of learning to work out whats involved to dismantle to refit, I think it will be worth it in the end though.

Question is if its worth all the hassle or did I buy in haste!
